How do I switch languages?
Tap the language selector on the home screen or in any content pack. You can switch between Tigrinya, Amharic, English, and Oromo at any time. Each word is displayed in both Ge’ez script and Latin transliteration.
Does the app work offline?
Yes! Fidel Family is designed to work entirely offline. All content, images, and audio are included when you download the app. No internet connection is needed after installation.
What age range is the app for?
Fidel Family is designed for children ages 1 to 5. The content packs and matching games use large, colorful images and simple interactions suitable for toddlers and preschoolers.
How do I reset my child’s progress?
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Reset Progress." This will clear all learning data and return content packs to their initial state. Note: this action cannot be undone.
Is the app free?
Fidel Family includes free content packs to get started. Additional content packs may be available as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no ads, and no hidden costs.
Which devices are supported?
Fidel Family is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android phones and tablets. It requires iOS 14+ or Android 8+.
